What can I do with the GIS system?

The Grey Flex GIS site has property information for every property in the County.
The Grey Flex GIS site can help you:
  • Find a property on a map (using fire/civic address or tax roll #)
  • View high-quality Aerial Photo of an area
  • Check zoning of a property or area (Southgate Zoning is available)
  • Check the Grey County Official Plan designations of a  property or area
  • See any identified Environmental Hazards (flood plain, wetlands, natural environment)
  • View the Mineral Resource areas (sand, gravel, bedrock)
  • See the general property lines
  • Estimate lot areas, depth or frontages
  • Estimate distances between properties or points
  • Much more!
The GIS system will also allow you to print a map.

Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA)

The GRCA also has a GIS system which will allow you to see regulated areas, wetlands and so on, for properties in their jurisdiction (Grand River Watershed).
The Village of Dundalk is in the GRCA catchment area.
