The Township of Southgate is seeking proposals from competent and qualified vendors to provide ITV services for the 2026 municipal and school board elections. Proposals are also intended to apply to any by-elections, which may be held in the interim period between the 2026 and 2030 municipal and school board elections.
Proposals marked "2026 Municipal Elections Internet and Telephone Voting Services" must be submitted by email, no later than 2:00PM on Tuesday February 11, 2025 to:
