The Township of Southgate invites offers to purchase for the following property, which is owned by the Township and has been declared surplus to the needs of the Township:
- Concession 15, Lot 15, Geographic Township of Proton, Township of Southgate, alternatively known as 225579 Southgate Rd 22
The purchaser shall take notice that the Township of Southgate will retain the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry Aggregate License No. 625870 until the extraction and the rehabilitation operations are completed by the Township.
