2023-2027 Community Strategic Plan Now Available!

The purpose of Community Strategic Plan is to establish a shared vision and priorities for the future improvement of a community. As the Township of Southgate navigates a period of significant transformational change and growth, Township staff and Council members will use the Community Strategic Plan as a guiding framework from now through to 2027. The goal of the Community Strategic Plan is to provide direction from staff and Council to improve the quality of live for the people who live in the Township. As a result of the Township of Southgate Community Action Plan ending in 2023, the Township of Southgate embarked on the creation of a new five year strategic planning consultation and community engagement process. The 2023-2027 Community Strategic Plan was presented to Council and approved on November 1, 2023.
