Electronic Message Request Form

The Township of Southgate has three electronic message boards -  located at the Ruth Hargrave Memorial Public Library, the Holstein Optimist Centre, and at the Dundalk Arena and Community Center. The electronic message boards are used to inform the public of Community and Township events. Community messages will be considered pending the number of messages for that particular time period.

It's most effective to keep your message simple and brief. Please include only the necessary details.
