Citizens can report issues and concerns to the Township of Southgate in order to help keep our community safe.
If you wish to report a concern or a by-law complaint, please complete the appropriate form below. Each issue is treated with utmost importance and will be addressed promptly.
Report A Township Issue
Use this form if you have general concerns that you would like the Township to look into such as play ground equipment issues, missed garbage, potholes etc.
Concerns submitted here will be reviewed and directed to the appropriate department for action.
By-law Concerns
If you have a by-law concern, such as property standards, noise, nuisance, and parking issues etc. please use this form (instructions are at the top of the page when you click through).
Concerns submitted here will be directed to the By-Law Enforcement Officer for review.
*Please be advised that as of June 3rd, 2024, all By-law Enforcement complaints MUST be submitted through Cloudpermit.
After Hours By-law Enforcement is available from Fridays at 4:00PM to Mondays at 7:30AM through Municipal Support Services. Please contact 226-910-1322 during this time should you need assistance.
