The Township of Southgate operates a diverse selection of recreation facilities that are available for use by community groups and members of our community. Click on the tabs below to find out more about our recreation facilities:

| Frank MacIntyre Building |
| The Frank MacIntyre Building is located at 220 Owen Sound Street in Dundalk and is available
 for public rental year round and has several features, including: fridge, stove, microwave, coffee percolator, 120 chairs, 12 six foot tables, 2 eight foot tables, and indoor shuffleboard. It is in close proximity to a playground, pool, baseball diamond, skateboard park, sports court and BMX pad. The Frank MacIntyre Building is good for hosting a variety of functions including: bridal showers, dinners, dances, birthday parties, meetings and more.
The ball diamond may be requested to be included with the rental at the time of booking.

| Holstein Park and Pavillion |

The Holstein Park and Pavilion is located on Main
Street in beautiful Holstein. The park and pavilion are available for public rental from the Victoria Day Long Weekend to September 30th every year.
The park is home to a pavilion, baseball diamond, lake and playground equipment.
Capacity: 250 persons

| Hopeville Park and Pavillion |

The Hopeville Park and Pavilion is located at 392067 Grey Road 9 at the West Side of the  Hamlet of Hopeville. It is open from the Victoria Day Long Weekend until September 30th every year, and features a baseball diamond, pavilion, walking trails and playground equipment.
The ball diamond may be requested to be included with the rental at the time of booking.

Swinton Park Community Centre

The Swinton Park Community Centre is located at 245308 Southgate Road 24 in
 beautiful Swinton Park. It is open year-round and is available for a variety of including but not limited to: bridal showers, dinners, dances, birthday parties, meetings and move.

| Dundalk Community Centre |
|
The Dundalk Centre is the Township of Southgate's purpose-built facility for ice hockey, and is also home to our auditorium and many community events year-round.

| Dundalk Pool |
|
Dundalk Memorial Park Pool is an outdoor pool that operates during the summer months in July and August. It offers swimming lessons for youth and summer programming, including public swims.

| The Dundalk Pool offers public swimming seven days a week, daily from 2:30pm to 5:00pm. |

| Gymnasiums |
|
The Dundalk Community Centre auditorium offers public gymnasium space for the public to rent. It also offers youth programming, including basketball, volleyball, and other indoor sports. Please visit our recreation website for more information, including what is available and how to sign up.

The Dromore Park is located on Southgate Road 22, just off of Grey Road 23
in the Hamlet of Dromore.
The park has several features, including a baseball diamond, soccer field, playground equipment and a picnic area.
