The Dundalk Olde Town Hall purchase package can be viewed and downloaded here. All offers must be submitted on the Township's form, included above, and must be received via email to tenders@southgate.ca or lgreen@southgate.ca or dropped off at the Township Office located at 185667 Grey Road 9, Dundalk ON, N0C 1B0, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Offer to Purchase, 80 Main St E, Dundalk Olde Town Hall" If there are any inquiries regarding the sale of the land, please contact the undersigned.
