Building Inspections

Apply for your Permit online! 

Create your Cloudpermit account by visiting https://ca.cloudpermit.com/login. Once registered, you can apply for building permits and track their progress online. 

You will need an email address to use the system.

1. Go to the Cloudpermit site by clicking the link https://ca.cloudpermit.com/login
2. Click on “Create a New Account” found under the "continue" arrow.
3. Provide your email address.
4. Cloudpermit will send an email to the address you have provided
5. Open the email and complete the registration process. The next time you visit the site, you will login using your email and password.

A Building Inspector will be required to review your project in several stages during construction.  The inspections required will vary depending on the project. Please contact the building department if you are unsure if you require a specific type of inspection.

Any building component covered before the mandatory inspection has been completed and passed must be uncovered for inspection and passed before the completion of the project.

The below lists are not necessarily a complete list of inspections that may be required for your particular project.  Any additional required inspections will be determined by the Building Official.
