| Development Charges |

Development Charges are charged by the township and the county to help finance capital projects required to meet the increased need for services resulting from growth and development. You can also view our Development Charge By-Law. |
| Fines - Building Without a Permit |
|
When someone has built without an issued building permit, there are fines associated with this. The cost of the permit will be either 2x the permit fee OR $500; whichever is greater. |
